Because research materials are sensitive to handling and storage once they leave our fulfillment, returns are handled carefully and on a case-by-case basis.
If there is a problem with your order
If a shipment arrives damaged, or you believe an order was fulfilled incorrectly, contact our team promptly with your order and lot information so we can review the situation.
What we consider
- Whether the material is unopened and in its original, clearly labeled container
- Whether storage and handling conditions were maintained
- Applicable legal, regulatory, and safety requirements
