Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Timing may vary based on destination, carrier capacity, customs processing where applicable, weather, address verification, and other circumstances outside our control.
What to expect
- Order review: submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders may be reviewed, held, refused, or canceled for legal, regulatory, safety, compliance, address-verification, or fraud-prevention reasons.
- Tracking: tracking information is provided when available after an order has been prepared for shipment.
- Receiving: customers are responsible for accurate delivery information and a secure receiving location suitable for research materials.
- Records: inspect delivered packaging promptly and retain labels, lot identifiers, and accompanying documentation with the material.
Restricted destinations
We do not ship to jurisdictions where phenibut is scheduled or otherwise controlled. Orders to these destinations will be refused or cancelled, and no refund of shipping is guaranteed on a refused order.
United States — we do NOT ship to:
- Alabama (state Schedule II)
- Connecticut (scheduled)
- Utah (state Schedule I)
Additional U.S. states and localities may restrict phenibut, and the law changes frequently. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legal, regulatory, safety, or compliance reasons, and purchasers are responsible for confirming legality in their own location before ordering. International — we do NOT ship where phenibut is controlled, including:
- Australia (Schedule 9), the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Hungary, Lithuania, and any other jurisdiction where phenibut is controlled or its import is prohibited.
