What can affect delivery timing?
- Order review: identity, intended-use, legal, compliance, supply, address-verification, and fraud checks may occur before acceptance.
- Carrier conditions: capacity, weather, destination, and other carrier-network conditions can affect transit time.
- Customs processing: where applicable, customs review may add time outside the carrier or supplier’s control.
Tracking and receiving
Tracking information is provided when available after an order is prepared for shipment. Purchasers should provide accurate delivery information and maintain a secure receiving location appropriate for research materials.
