Northeast Research Supply does not ship phenibut to jurisdictions where it is scheduled or otherwise controlled. Orders to a restricted destination will be refused or cancelled. This list is provided for transparency; it is not legal advice, and it may not be exhaustive or current — law in this area changes frequently.

Purchasers are responsible for confirming the current law in their own state and locality before ordering. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legal, regulatory, safety, or compliance reasons.

International — we do NOT ship where phenibut is controlled, including

Australia (Schedule 9 — Prohibited Substance)
United Kingdom (Psychoactive Substances Act 2016)
Germany (New Psychoactive Substances Act)
France, Italy, Hungary, Lithuania, and any other jurisdiction where phenibut is controlled or its import is prohibited
